I wanted to take a moment to comment on plumbing work that Mike recently performed at my home in Arlington, Va. I could not be more thrilled with The Gentleman Plumber. Every level of my contact with your company was pleasant, painless and professional. Filling out your online service request was easy and the response time was great. You surprised me by being able to send someone out “same-day” for an estimate and then performing the work within 48 hours. The estimate was very fair and Andy was both knowledgeable, and articulate. He understood the challenges I face with remodeling a 70 year old home. Mike was absolutely the best. He was on-time, professional, courteous, and clean. He laid drop cloths everywhere, and brought a broom to clean up after himself with. The tasks I needed were very challenging because of old plumbing, and very tight spaces. He never complained, and took the time to do things the right way, not the easy way. He was truly a “Gentleman Plumber” as advertised.
